We offer one (1) makeup class per session. Coordinate with your instructor to reschedule.
American Sign Language (ASL). Each country has its own sign language (e.g., LSM in Mexico).
Each level consists of 6 sessions.

Our instructors are either Deaf or CODAs for high-quality, authentic instruction.
The class will primarily use ASL, with appropriate spoken English support to ensure comprehension, especially at the beginner level.
No prior experience is required. This course is designed specifically for beginners.
Please bring a notebook, a pen, and a willingness to participate. Devices are optional unless otherwise instructed.
Yes, but only at a very basic level. The goal is participation, not perfection.
The pace is structured to support new learners, with repetition and review built into each session.
That is completely normal. Learning a new language takes time, and mistakes are part of the process.
Yes. Fingerspelling is a foundational skill and will be introduced early in the course.
Yes. Pair and group practice activities are incorporated into class time, and students are encouraged to practice together outside of class.
Progress is measured through participation, practice, and skill development—not perfection.
Most students begin feeling comfortable with basic conversations after consistent attendance and practice over several weeks.
