Time2ASL has been providing quality language education to students from all over the world. With experienced teachers and a supportive learning environment, our students have achieved great success in their language learning journey.
Our ASL classes are designed to provide structured instruction in American Sign Language and develop the foundational skills necessary for meaningful communication with Deaf individuals. Each level consists of six classes, and participants must complete all six classes before advancing to the next level. Consistency, repetition, and continued practice are essential to building a strong foundation and successfully progressing in ASL.
For our youngest learners, our Little ASL Program provides an early introduction to visual communication. Designed for infants and preschoolers alongside their parents or caregivers, Little ASL uses age-appropriate signs, facial expressions, gestures, and everyday interactions to encourage early communication while building a foundation for continued ASL learning.
Levels I through III designed to build your ASL skills step-by-step. Available via Zoom or in-person. Small groups for better practice. Six (6) sessions per level. $275 per session. Fall classes begin October 17, 2026.
This is a 40-hour training course designed for aspiring interpreters seeking to enter the medical interpreting field, experienced interpreters looking for a refresher, and professionals seeking continuing education units (CEUs).
This play-based ASL activities designed for infants, preschoolers and their caregivers. Our Little ASL Program foster early language development, strengthen parent-child bonding, and provide practical signs to use now. Contact us for information on FREE classes in Jersey City, every Saturday from October to December 2026.
Time2ASL uses a communicative approach to language learning, emphasizing practical signing, receptive skills, and real-world communication. Our Deaf instructors provide students with an authentic and immersive ASL experience while incorporating Deaf culture, community perspectives, and cultural norms throughout the curriculum. This approach allows students to develop not only their language skills, but also a deeper understanding of the culture and community at the heart of ASL.
We require a minimum of 6 students to run each class.
